What we build

People often call a specialist for one piece of a job, then find out it takes four trades to finish it. A general contractor's license covers the full scope of a project across those trades, which means you can hand us all of it.

Whatever the job, we manage every phase: planning, budgeting, permitting, design coordination, scheduling, subcontractors, quality control, and closeout.

New Homes

Ground-up construction, from site work through the final walkthrough. We settle the design and the finish selections before we break ground, because those choices decide how the framing, plumbing, and wiring are roughed in. Deciding early is what keeps a build from stalling halfway.

Additions and Whole-Home Renovations

For when you need more house, or the one you have needs to be taken apart and done properly. We work with your architect or designer on the drawings, handle the permits, and run every trade on one schedule, so the people working on your home are answering to the same company.

Kitchen remodel nearing completion: white cabinets, new counters and appliances

Kitchen and Bath Remodels

These are the rooms where the most trades meet in the least space. Cabinets, tile, fixtures, and appliances are chosen and ordered before demolition, so the rough plumbing and wiring are set for what is going in, and nobody waits on a back order with your kitchen torn out.

Decks and Exteriors

Decks, exterior repairs, and the work around the outside of a building.

Structural Repairs

When the problem is in the structure of the building itself, the repair involves an engineer, a permit, and inspections before anything is closed up. We coordinate all three, do the work, and put the finishes back afterward, so you are not left with a sound structure and an open wall.

Water Damage Repairs

A burst pipe or a flood is several jobs at once: demolition, drying, sometimes mold treatment, then framing, drywall, paint, and flooring. We take on the whole repair. Where a specialist is needed, such as for mold, we bring them in and manage their work, then put everything back. You do not have to find and schedule each company yourself.

Commercial Improvements

Improvements and repairs for businesses and property managers. Our project management practices were developed on multimillion-dollar commercial and infrastructure projects, so your job gets a written schedule, a budget, and documentation you can hand to an owner or a board.

Public Works

We build for public agencies. This work demands documentation, scheduling, and accountability at every step, and it is where much of the discipline we bring to a private home was formed.

Do not see your job here?

Ask anyway. People look for a landscaper, a roofer, or a plumber without realizing that a project touching several trades is exactly what a general contractor is for. If yours involves more than one, it very likely falls under what we manage.

How a project runs

  1. You tell us about it.

Send a few lines and any photos or plans you have. Every message is read and answered by one of us. We are a small crew and spend most days on job sites, so please allow about a week for a reply.

  2. We scope it and price it.

We talk the job through with you, and you get a written estimate.

  3. Decisions come before demolition.

Design and finish selections are settled before the crew arrives. With everything agreed up front, there are no what-ifs halfway through the job.

  4. We build it in phases.

Each stage is photographed and filed where you can see it, and you hear from us before you have to ask.

  5. We close it out, and we stay in touch.

Final walkthrough, paperwork handed over. Our work does not end when construction is complete; many of our clients come back for the next project.
